- Uncovered Pain Points: With six CEOs across their 15 companies, Lora needed to bring everyone together and understand the challenges within each organization. She conducted individual interviews with all six CEOs and facilitated a Fitness Strategy Workshop where the CEOs could share their processes. In the workshop, Lora facilitated a discussion about what wasn’t working at each of the companies and challenges in their market.
- Unified Leadership: As a global company, it was vital to have all six CEOs and their CFO participate in the workshop and develop a unified strategy that drove results for Constellation software. Lora encouraged each of the companies to share their best practices and devise a way to collectively enhance their global operations. Through this exercise, the CEOs were able to swap solutions for problems within their companies.
